Mini Shoots in Bathurst

Mini Shoots are 1 hour long.

The session fee covers the session itself and $50 credit towards the purchase of print or digital products. Additional digital or print products may then be purchased as desired. Please see my pricing here.

Generally in a single mini session we can cover two to three types of photos for a single dog, or two types of photo for two dogs (options include dog sports, studio, portrait, and colour powder).

For dog sport and portraits we usually aim for 3-5 different ‘shots’ i.e. different obstacles or compositions, but this will depend on a number of factors.

If you’d like to cover more, feel free to book a double or private session.

Since the Mini Sessions are shorter I generally plan similar shots for the whole day and set them up in advance, so there is less scope for individual preference, but feel free to contact me with what you have in mind. You may want to book a full private shoot instead.

Yes! The colour powder (also known as holi powder) is completely organic and dog safe. Please contact me if you have any specific concerns.

No! Expect your dog to be colourful for a couple of days afterwards, and don’t book this type of shoot if you have a dog show coming up.

If you need to get it out quickly, we recommend brushing it out rather than washing it out. Once you’ve brushed it out as much as possible vinegar and baking soda can help to wash out any remaining colour.

Yes, but of course this means we’ll have less time to spend on each dog. I’ll discuss with you before the session what you’re after so we can make the most of our time.
